'ForeShore' is a PBR-protected dwarf cultivar bred from coastal tea tree stock, selected for a naturally compact habit and heavy salt tolerance. The parent group grows on exposed dunes and headlands, which is where the salt, wind and drought hardiness comes from.

The small white spring flowers of 'ForeShore' are worked by native bees and other pollinators. The dense low habit also gives shelter for small lizards and beneficial insects, which is useful in an exposed coastal garden where cover is scarce.
