Camellia hiemalis 'Hiryu' is an evergreen flowering shrub, often listed as a sasanqua camellia because it shares the same garden habits. Camellia hiemalis is generally treated as a group of hybrids between sasanqua and japonica, which is why both names appear in the trade.
