Evergreen Trees Direct Supplies Trees for Award-Winning Alphington Display Suite Creating a Welcoming Landscape for Yarra Bend Development Evergreen Trees Direct was approached by Glenvill Homes to supply trees for the new Alphington Display Suite, located in the vibrant Yarra Bend development in Alphington, Melbourne. The goal was to create a welcoming entry that reflected the surrounding landscape along the Yarra River. Trees Essential to Achieving a Native Landscape Design To achieve this exceptional garden design, native trees and shrubs were a must to truly capture the essence of walking along the Yarra River. Evergreen Trees Direct was able to supply the right trees to make this vision a reality. A Garden Reflecting its Natural Surrounds To complement the native trees and shrubs, other materials were used to accentuate the natural surroundings, such as Rough cut Prophry stone from Eco Outdoor and a water feature that used recycled rainwater from the display suite. Mirrored walls were also incorporated throughout the garden to reflect the beautiful planting scheme, making visitors feel as though they were walking through an ever-expansive garden hidden amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. Inaugural Winner at The Design Files Awards Night The finished garden was a huge success and was even awarded the Inaugural Winner at The Design Files Awards night. The use of native trees and other materials created a landscape design that truly captured the essence of the Yarra River and its surroundings. Photography by Alex Reinders. We at Evergreen Trees Direct are proud to have played a role in creating this award-winning garden and are always excited to be a part of such unique and innovative projects.
