Lagerstroemia indica 'Hopi', known as Pink Crepe Myrtle, is a charming compact ornamental tree prized for its long-lasting pink blooms and year-round appeal. Growing to about 2–3 meters tall and wide, this deciduous tree’s dark green leaves turn vibrant orange and red in autumn, adding seasonal interest.
Flowering from mid-summer to early autumn, Hopi displays striking pink flowers that brighten small gardens, borders, decorative pots, or mixed shrub borders. It thrives in full sun, adapts well to various soils (preferably well-drained and fertile), and is heat and drought tolerant once established. Resistant to mildew and pests, this low-maintenance tree looks excellent for gardeners wanting a vivid splash of color in compact spaces with reliable performance.
