About Mangave ‘Pineapple Express’ – Pineapple Express Mangave
Mangave ‘Pineapple Express’ is a distinctive architectural succulent valued for its broad blue-green foliage heavily marked with burgundy-purple spotting. The compact rosette combines the durability of Agave with the faster growth and unique colouring of Manfreda, creating an eye-catching feature plant for modern landscapes and container displays.
It performs best in full sun to partial shade and free-draining soils. Increased sun exposure enhances the foliage spotting and colour intensity, while the symmetrical rosette provides year-round structure and visual interest. Once established, it is highly drought tolerant and requires very little maintenance.
They look excellent when used as feature specimens, courtyard gardens, architectural plantings, rockeries, and decorative containers where unusual foliage colour and sculptural form are desired. Its compact size and dramatic markings make Pineapple Express one of the most distinctive Mangave selections available.
