About Callistemon salignus

Callistemon salignus – commonly called the White Bottlebrush or Willow Bottlebrush – is a striking Australian native with soft pink to white cylindrical flowers and elegant, willow-like foliage. Young leaves emerge with a flush of pink-red before maturing to green, creating seasonal contrast.

They look excellent when planted as informal screens, hedging, or as feature trees in bird-attracting landscapes. Callistemon salignus performs well in full sun to part shade, tolerates mild frost and drought once established, and adds structure and biodiversity to gardens and streetscapes with minimal upkeep.
