Betula pendula 'Moss White' is a striking deciduous birch tree renowned for its bright white bark and elegantly drooping branches. Reaching up to 14 metres tall, it provides seasonal beauty with light green foliage that turns a glowing gold in autumn. In winter, the luminous bark adds architectural interest and contrast to dormant gardens.
Adaptable to various soil types and low in maintenance, this cultivar is ideal for formal avenues, naturalistic groupings, or as a sculptural statement in mixed borders. Looks excellent when planted in groups where the bark can glow against a darker backdrop, or as a light foil to dense evergreens.
